We enjoyed staying at Ciqala. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, specially Joshua, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. I had forgotten that breakfast was included with our stay, until I received a reminder text to order it for room service the next day. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

The suite was huge, clean and comfortable. Our only complaints are that the pool really is incredibly tiny and is in the middle of the restaurant, with no lounge area. That said, this was in lots of reviews and we booked it anyway.
