Experience the comfort and convenience of a home away from home in the best location possible.

Our newly renovated condo is located in the historic Condado Del Mar Condominium, where we've gone above and beyond to ensure your ultimate vacation experience. With 24-hour security, you can relax and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer. From working out in the gym to trying your skills with some tennis and cooling down in the Semi-Olympic-size pool, there's something for everyone. For entertainment, try your skill at the ping pong or pool table in the game room. With all these facilities, you will experience a fantastic vacation.

We have stocked the condo with all the essentials you need, from beach towels and chairs to coolers, pots, pans, and dishes. Upon arrival, you'll be treated to delicious Puerto Rican coffee and chilled bottled water to quench your thirst. We have also provided high-end starter toiletries and linens for your use during your stay.

Note: If you rent a car, there are off-property parking lots available. A multipurpose public parking area at Ashford Hospital is right at the corner. There is free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood as well. Renting a car is unnecessary as Uber is reasonable and only a short ride from the San Juan Metro area. When you book a tour, you can count on most companies to provide convenient transportation to and from the Condado area.

The building is a valuable asset that has aged gracefully within its environment. It is undergoing necessary renovations, including repairs to the back facade and a fresh new color to enhance its appearance.

The adult pool is open for use during the ongoing repairs, while the children's pool will remain closed.

Host let us check in knowing that WiFi was not working. Host stated she would accommodate us since we were finding a new place and checking out two nights before end of reservation but did not refund the two nights we were not there. It was stated that there would be a discount for the duration of the nights and since we checked out early there was no refund for the two nights that we did not stay.
