Staff service varied. Not much smile or welcoming atmosphere at the front desk chatting away. No enthusiasm. Inside the coffee maker was so dirty. Mold coffee powder remaining. But the driver of the shuttle was wonderful.

Parking charge a bummer

I stayed here for two nights and was pleased with my room, which was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would have given my review five stars but was unhappy with the $48 per night charge to park my car in the garage. I did not see this disclosed on the hotels.com website or any reservation confirmation. I did not have time to explore the common areas or amenities of the hotel but it is very large and looks nice.
