The room was so comfortable and clean! The beds are very soft and cozy. The front desk staff is super friendly. Location is amazing to walk to pier 39 and access lots of all that is San Francisco!

Clean. Staff generally helpful. The amenities listed stated there was continental breakfast, but that was not available. My kids love continental breakfast which was one of the reasons why I picked it. Regarding parking, we paid $65 (listed at $55) per day. Charging was available. We parked valet, which was the only option, and asked for the car to be charged. One valet did this, but another valet did not charge it on 2 separate occasions despite us asking for it to be. Very disappointing.

We love staying here, always clean and all staff are super friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and I always sleep well. Many places to visit that are walkable. Also it’s a plus having the valet parking. 🙂
