Great hotel, very walkable location, perfect for tourist but also convenient for locals. Parking was easy (plenty options) and buffet breakfast offered great variety worth getting up for. And it ends at 1030 and not 9am like many other hotels

My room was spotless, the bed sooo comfy and the room was so quiet, I slept like a baby. The entire hotel staff was attentive, professional and eager to make guests feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet was top notch! It is rare to see this variety of breakfast items. There surely was something for everyone, even the most discriminating palates. I would definitely book this hotel again should I return to San Francisco.

Staff were very rude! We are 64 yr old respectful and responsible people and the staff made us feel like we were under a microscope...not really sure what they thought we were there for!?!? Front desk staff was very abrupt and not helpful in the least. Trying to get a plastic fork was like I was asking for the impossible. Horrible experience from beginning to end!! Avoid if possible!
