This is a no frills boutique hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided shower needs along with a hair dryer. There was a pod coffee maker and a small fridge. We had two full-size beds which were comfortable. Don't expect on-site parking. There is ample parking nearby. Just watch the signs because there is street sweeping. The staff was amazing. Everyone we met was helpful and very nice. The location of the hotel is just amazing. You can hear the ocean at night. You're walking distance to everything you need but tucked away on the "quiet" side. I would definitely return. Thanks, Pacific View Inn!

Spacious clean room! The location cannot be beat, close to the beach, pier, tons of dining options, and sea world. Loved that the hotel had free beach chairs, toys and towels to use. Esmeralda at the front desk was amazing! We were are a party of seven and pretty needy, she went above and beyond for us and really made our stay! We plan to stay here again:)

The staff was super sweet the whole stay and was very helpful. The hotel itself was convenient and had extras like beach towels which was super convenient for being by the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Our initial room on tge 2nd floor had an amazing ocean view, but was too small. We kept banging our shins on the platform bed trying to across the bathroom. The bathroom sink had no counter space. We moved to the 1st level which was much larger and more comfortable, however only a couple sidelight windows and no view. Of note, there is no microwave, ice or bottled water. Housekeeping was not great; at most they dropped clean towels on the bed, took the soiled towels and emptied the trash. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and the location is incredible! Everything is within walking distance, including the ocean, restaurants, grocery store, CVS and public transportation. For a few dollars, you can get to Old Town, the zoo, downtown, Seaport Village, etc. The lobby staff are very accomodating and have lots of complimentary items to borrow (i.e. beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, board games, sunglasses and more!) Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Brach front hotel, great location. We booked a room woth partial ocean view and there was no view. The view was from the shared balcony. On the listing , it appeared each room had their own balcony. The filters were dirty.
