Great Stay

Woke up everyday to gorgeous views of the ocean. Beds super comfortable, close to all attractions. Perfect vacation spot with the kids. Don’t hesitate!

Excellent property and perfect location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was so prompt to reply and to respond to the needs we had. It was the perfect location to everything! The rooms were clean and very comfortable! Perfect for our 3 couples to stay together and spend time at the beach. We highly recommend staying here! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Awesome Miaaion Beach Vacation.

Excellent Condo. Very clean and well stocked with games, beach essentials and kitchen needs. Even the kitchen cookware was nicely organized. Responsive management when the garage door would not open. Management answered quickly and took care of issue. Short walk to Belmont park and places to eat. Amazing beach front view. Would stay here again.

Family Trip

We had a great experience at this property. Family of 5 plus the two grandmas fit perfectly with the setup! We enjoyed the beach being so close, Belmont park only a few steps away, as well as being driving distance to any attraction. It was clean, comfortable beds, beach gear, laundry, just everything was thought of. I would recommend this place to any family wanting a great beach vacation!

Mission Beach Gem

This property is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in San Diego. It sits on a beautiful beach with walking distance to restaurants, shops and Belmont Park. The rooms are a perfect size and the kitchen has everything you need. We are coming back!

Perfect location. Super clean and modern. Everything we needed for a stay at the beach. Lots of chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and sand toys. Great parking in the garage! And the beach front was amazing. Definitely would stay again!!!

Perfect location & beautiful view

Our family of 5 loved this property. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. It was an easy walk on the boardwalk to restaurants, Belmont Park or to play basketball/ volleyball on the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed including beach supplies in the garage. We hope to be back again soon!

Loved this property and stay. Perfect 2nd and 3rd floor views, central AC, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for all. The management company was very organized and responsive. The guide and home property details were easy and useful before and during our stay. Thank you! We will be back!

A true Pacific Ocean experience

We rented this property to travel with our adult kids for a week of family time and relaxation. Access and communication were timely and clear, yet unobtrusive. The condo was super clean, well appointed and easy to live in. Everything we needed from knives, toiletries, glasses, pans, towels, blankets, etc. was there and easy to locate. The view is second to none, situated on the quieter part of the boardwalk we had no intrusive passersby or noise from the boardwalk at all. Would rent again! Thank you.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

This home has stunning views of surf and sand from the expansive living room sliders and from the spacious master bedroom. Everything was immaculate and oh so comfortable. Maybe too comfortable? Perhaps it's just a bit too enticing to lie in bed a bit longer and watch the glassy morning waves break along the beach. The kitchen was well laid out with everything we needed to create meals worthy of the view. Beds were very comfy. We slept great, lulled by the soft rumble of the waves. Showers were fun with extra jets for a pampered spa felling. There were chairs and towels for the beach, but we also spent some great hours on the two decks reading and watching the surfers. The only downside was having to leave. A longer stay would have been even better. I'm told that this might be my issue for not booking more days, but I feel so relaxed right now that I really don't want to take responsibility for not planning better. I really enjoyed my stay!
