Discover the perfect blend of coastal charm and urban convenience in this stunning San Diego retreat, featuring a sparkling pool, 7-person hot tub, a outdoor patio table with a fire pit, and plenty of outdoor lounging.

Prime Location: Conveniently located just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of San Diego.

*Pool can only physically be heated April-October using Thermal Solar panels. Temperature should hopefully be around 75 degrees during the middle of March (depends on weather)*

Spacious & Comfortable
This property offers 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds (2 are a bunk bed). There is a bonus bedroom that has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people. Another sleeper sofa in the dining room, which can also sleep an additional 2 people. The property can sleep a total of 12 people. I will also have a queen blow up mattress for added convenience for people who need more room to sleep compared to the couch.

Outdoor Paradise
There is a total of 5 pool lounge chairs for you to soak in the San Diego sun. In addition, there is a sectional outside under the shade. There is also an outdoor TV, so sit back and relax your favorite TV shows or movies while sitting outside. If you like outdoor dining, there is an amazing circular outdoor patio table with a fire pit for you to create memories with your loved ones.

Queen blow up mattress also available to add extra comfort for larger parties.


A 7-person hot tub is available year round.

Cook up a storm in the state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to feel at home.

House Rules
To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, quiet hours are from 11 PM - 8 AM (Fri-Sat) and 10 PM - 8 AM (Sun-Thu) . Thank you for your understanding!

You have full access to the house. Just please don`t go on the sides of the house or near the pool equipment.

No cats allowed

Cancellations are subject to non-refundable third-party processing fees. Stripe payment processing fees (3%) and the Hostaway application fee (1%) will be deducted from any refunded amount.
Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Once you are done with the hot tub, make sure to put the hot tub cover back on.

Please do not touch any of the pool equipment on the side of the house.

Please throw all used towels in the bathtub.

Do not strip the sheets off any of the beds.

Put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Please do not flush anything down the toilets aside from toilet paper (this includes feminine products, paper towels, wet wipes).

If you have pets, please try to not allow them on the furniture.

This house is amazing for families! We were a family of 5 and stayed over spring break. It was the perfect location to dive to many of San Diego’s attractions, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The house itself was well stocked with everything we needed. Outside was perfect, the pool was warm, even though it was only 70 during our stay, the hot tub work perfectly, and the kids loved the giant jenga and connect 4. It was a really wonderful place to stay and we hope to be back!

Great place for family

Great place for family. Lots of activities in the backyard..a pool, hot tub, jenga, bags... the pool was the perfect temperature. Loved the kitchen amenties and the water pressure was perfect. The host was responsive and I felt well informed.

Great Place for Family in San Diego

Perfect place for a family trip to San Diego. The location was ideal for our visits to the Zoo, Safari Park and downtown. The house is clean and well appointed. We love the backyard and the relaxing San Diego vibe it has. We highly recommend it to anyone planning trip to SD!

Family vaca

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. It was nice to relax in the hot tub and pool while my children were entertained with the pool and cornhole game. Lots of stores and restaurants near by along with a short drive to many different beaches offered in the area.

An amazing weekend!!

The house has everything you could possibly want for a weekend stay, including a snow cone machine! We had the best time. The space is huge filled with games, a spacious kitchen, gorgeous pool, and hot tub for the colder nights. We will definitely be back! It's clear the owner put a lot of time into making this place perfect!

The Perfect House

We had an incredible stay at Darryl's place! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool and an amazing yard that made it hard to leave. The home was stocked with all the essentials, making our stay super comfortable. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night! Darryl was an extremely responsive and thorough host, and we can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Super fun birthday weekend

We stayed here with friends for my boyfriend’s birthday and this was the perfect house for a fun weekend of games and hanging by the pool. The house is in a nice neighborhood, not in the center of tourist attractions, but still only 15-20 minutes from most sights. We liked being close to Pacific Beach. The backyard is truly an oasis and the house is very modern and clean. Even with 12 people we did not feel cramped. I definitely recommend this place :)
