I will never use VRBO and here is why.

When we arrived at the property we could not get in. The property manager lied and said we were not expected until the next day and were not ready for us yet. She said it was clean and when we finally got in there were pizza boxes piled on the stove and the place was not clean at all. The floor was dirty and her reply was to try and get some other cleaners to come in. She could not get anyone until 7:00pm. The rest of the day was ruined and we told them just to leave. we never got a phone call back from the VRBO whom I spoke with and never a call back from the Host. Amazing how you pay for everything upfront and then you cannot get a callback. The landscaping was so cheap you tracked it into the house, it was bark scrapes everywhere. The real truth is the property is convenient to everything. We are still waiting to get back the money VRBO owes us and we still after 11 days have not heard a word as of today.

Beautiful views of downtown.

The unit was exactly as described. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent. The sunsets and views of downtown from the living room windows, and the balcony, were really beautiful. With that said, Valencia Park is a lower income neighborhood, so be prepared for that. There were no markets, shops, or restaurants within walking distance of the house, but all were available just a short drive away.

Great property

We had a great time at this property. It is very close to everything we wanted to do. We never had to drive more than 20 minutes to what we wanted to see, so this location is great. We visited the San Diego Zoo, the beaches, gaslamp district and Coronado and this was close enough to all to enjoy our time and have a nice place to come back to relax. The house is very clean, and the kitchen was great to have for easy quick breakfast but if you wanted to cook it had everything to do that. We would recommend this location.

This property was extremely clean, looked newly renovated and everything worked well! Excellent!

This property was exactly as advertised. The interior looked exactly as they did in the pictures; everything worked well; very secure and easy to access. This unit was located in the entire upper floor of the home and was easily accessible via a separate flight of stairs with a secured entrance. There was another unit with a separate entrance located below. We were able to park right in the driveway so it was very convenient to load and unload our vehicle. The location was very convenient with quick access to the freeway onramp. The host was also very responsive and made sure to check in to see that our stay was going well! Overall we were very happy with the property and would recommend it to our friends!
