Not Amazing, but Definitely a Good Budget Hotel

The staff was kind, check in fast, and rooms were clean. The hotel definitely shows its age and could use some updates to replace worn carpet or the cabinet for the mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast area was also much too small for the number of guests. So, I am glad we did not pay more for what we got, and I don't think we could spend much more than just one night. That said, the location was great! The room was clean and the price was excellent. I would stay here again for one night.

We booked a King bed and received our confirmation. We were given a room with 2 double beds. When I went to the front desk to get it corrected, I was promptly told that they had no King beds and I was welcome to go elsewhere. I was stunned. The host seemed irritated that I even mentioned it. I figure they do this all the time and he was tired of guests saying they got the wrong room. Beware of this place. Also, a lifht didn't work and the tv had no signal. But I didn't check with the front desk for fear of another confrontation. It was just me and my 8 year old son. I booked here due to its proximity to Sea World, which we were visiting. I will never book at this place again and am telling everyone of my experience.

I would say definitely below average for the price. I know it’s not an expensive hotel to begin with but still I’ve stayed at hotels in the same price range that were much better. Plus, our ac wasn’t working and the room was so hot. They did accommodate us and move us , but still such a pain. Thankfully we were there only 1 night, but definitely would not stay there again and would not recommend

Stayed three nights. Parties in neighboring rooms late into the night for two nights. Sketchy people vaping by the stairs so that my kids were too intimidated to go upstairs - we had to walk across to the other side to use a different stairwell. Most definitely NOT kid friendly. Oh and the air-conditioning/heating unit literally fell off the wall.
