It was clean and staff was responsive, but it wasn’t an easy stay. First the key didn’t work, then the bathtub had no stopper, the jacuzzi was thick with debris and bugs- THICK. Asked for a late check out and they said yes to another hour, but then housekeeping started to bang on the door when I was on the phone and started to come in. I had the do not disturb on the door at the time also. And I wouldn’t normally even mention it but since I’m listing the other stuff- 3 pots of coffee and 2 creamers? That’s just mean.

It rained in the roof was leaking and they had buckets everywhere. This is not the first time I was there for New Year’s Eve party this year and last year and it rained both years and they hadn’t fixed the roof and it leaks everywhere. Plus I checked out a day earlier and I couldn’t get my refund for the extra day. I left early.
