When we arrived there were guests smoking marijuana in the hallways. Our suite reservation was given away before we arrived with no issues explanation. We were put in another room that smelled of mildew and had visible water damage and mold on the walls. After insisting for a clean and environmentally safe room we were moved to another standard room but still charged for a suite. We changed hotels the next morning. I have left several messages with the general manager to receive a refund and have not received a response.

This place is in pretty rough shape. The room was dirty. Hair and dust in the tub, the walls have splattered brown stuff on it, the floors looked like the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in decades. It’s priced like a high end hotel, but worse than a motel. I would recommend never going here. Also, staff is not friendly. Anytime you ask someone something they act like you’re bothering them. I stood at the counter for about 2-3 minutes in front of 2 ladies chatting and neither greeted me or offered help until I interrupted their conversation.

Check out is at 11am. As a result, check out at the front parking exit was chaotic and unorganized with cars backed up and unable to leave due to the car jam. Perhaps security can provide relief with the car jam. Also, the parking stacks elevator was minimally functional. I was forced to take the stairs. There were very few handicap parking located near the hotel entrance. Finally, they were out of cookies.

This property needs a huge makeover. The rooms were horrible! the duvet insert was dingy and didn't look very clean. The floors were torn and had different size dark spots on them. There were tears in the chairs, and wallpaper. It was just a hot mess. I did not feel at home, and it was hard to get comfortable. Unfortunately
