Our stay at Beach Haven was amazing. Stayed 6 nights with our young adult children. The house was perfectly located for our group. The local area was very quiet and easy to walk and our adult children also enjoyed being able to walk a short distance to Pacific beach for some night life. The views from the house are spectacular. I was a little concerned about bring right on the bayside walk, but the deck on the second floor and roof top made it easy to enjoy being outside at the house and not be bothered by the view and flow of people on the walk. The beach and water directly across the walk was very nice and perfect for families with young kids. The house was well furnished with everything we needed and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing beach house perfect for 2 families with kids

LOCATION IS PERFECT! Right on the beach (Mission Bay side) and only a short walk to the larger beach, shops, restaurants. Very quick drive to the Zoo, Seaworld, La Jolla, Downtown, etc.

Peaceful retreat

I traveled with my adult children and their toddlers. Bay side is optimal with toddlers! Great walks along the boardwalks and playing in the water and sand. Loved being able to walk out the gate and right onto the beach. The house was lovely, perfect for our family. We would definitely rent again!

Awesome location! Clean, spacious beach house!

This beach house is waterfront on mission bay. Right across the street is the ocean. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7 which include 6 of us 18 and up. The rooftop deck was great! It is tight driving around the beach house streets and a little difficult to find, but once we found it...this house in particular had 2 spots that our truck and car fit lined up. We would just back in. It worked out great! We had the best time and this was our first beach trip as a family. We weren't sure about it and super nervous how everything was going to work out. We would do it again for sure and made great memories!

By the bay

House sits right on the bay and kids got to walk out from the backyard and immediately be on the sand and play. There are sand toys at the house which is a plus. The house was great!

Gorgeous sunrises, beautiful beaches, exploring on e-bikes, fantastic restaurants and a pontoon boat adventure. We had an unbelievable time. Can't wait to get back.

Our favorite so far

Super effortless check in and check out and easy to follow house rules. Owner definitely reinvests in comfort and keeping this place nice. Management company is always available and provided a perfect welcome package. Not the cheapest place in north mission bay but worth it to me. Good beds, good common areas, good location, just an overall good, very good, experience.

It was such a beautiful house for a multi family to stay so beautifully arranged and so clean

This was the most perfect place to bring a family on vacation the convenience of it being right on the boardwalk was the best and the location was beautiful highly recommend and we are looking forward to booking again hopefully next year thank you very much oh and when I called for a question they were right there helping me out I really appreciated it thank you again

Great space with solid views!

Our extended family of 10 had a great time at this location and would definitely stay again. The house was clean and well appointed with basic necessities. The common space and kitchen are bigger than they appear in the photos and there are closets a plenty with more than ample storage space. Views from every bedroom, balcony, and roof make this house capitalize on its location. We had no difficulty parking 3 SUVs and a sedan in the space allotted for the home.

Great house and location!

You can’t go wrong renting this house. Awesome location and set up. Very clean and equipped with everything you need in the house plus lots of beach equipment including 2 stand up paddle boards, surf board, beach chairs, games, etc. We also loved the roof top deck. Our family had a wonderful time and hope to come back to this house again soon.

Wonderful stay in a prime location and BEAUTIFUL house!

Our family enjoyed four nights in an absolutely stellar location between the bay and the ocean in this BEAUTIFULLY remodeled home. The inside was clean and decorated to the hilt. The rooms and bedding were amazing. The rooftop overlooked the bay and was right on the bay boardwalk. I liked that we could visit the Mission Beach Boardwalk (5 minute walk) but were able to enjoy a quieter stay and the waterspouts on the bay side. My teenagers loved the ease with which they could get up and down the boardwalk between Mission and Pacific Beach on Birds or just by walking. Plenty of food options all around and TONS to do either at the bay, Mission Beach or Pacific Beach. The rooftop is where I spent a lot of time in the sun and enjoying watching the boats, paddle boarders, kite surfers etc. It was beautiful. This house is out of its league in relation to the other houses around that area. You won't reget your stay.
