The Space:

🏡 Your Private Beachside Escape

You’ll have our entire 650 sq. ft. property all to yourself. The home is located on the 2nd floor of our 2-story duplex. There is one home on the 1st floor and two homes on the 2nd floor, so yes, you get privacy without having to buy the whole building. Very convenient. 😄



🛏 Bedrooms & Bedding

The master bedroom has a comfortable king pillow-top bed, and the living room sofa converts into a full-size bed. Extra sheets, comforters, and pillows are provided for the sofa bed, so everyone can sleep like they made excellent vacation decisions.



❄️ AC & Heat

The home has central AC and heat throughout, which is a huge bonus because we are one of the few properties near the beach with AC. Beach breeze is great, but actual AC is undefeated.



🚗 Parking

You’ll have 1 reserved parking spot in our driveway. Overnight street parking is also available on some nearby streets. Please be sure to check the posted signs for street parking rules and regulations.



📺 TVs & Entertainment

The home includes 2 Smart HDTVs with access to network and cable channels through YouTube TV. The TVs are also connected to our Netflix account, so your only real challenge will be deciding what to watch.

Free WiFi is available throughout the entire home.

Speeds may vary depending on how many devices are connected, especially if everyone suddenly decides to become a full-time streamer.

Unfortunately I was unable to stay. I was looking forward for a mini vacation but my daughter went into labor early. However I was able to give and transfer the rental to my in laws. They enjoyed every moment and said how everything was a smooth transition, shops and beach were near by. They couldn’t stop raving about it. Communication was fast and all information and instructions were in detailed. Great host and I can’t wait to rebook so I can enjoy the location.

In general all was good.Recommendations:More and better paper towels, Kleenex and toilet paper. We were there for 10 days.We enjoy cooking. The kitchen needs assorted bowls and other essential cooking utensils.You have lots of empty cupboards space put more in them.Better quality garbage bags.Larger bathroom garbage can.

I cannot say enough how wonderful my stay was! Hospitality at its finest! I had everything that I needed! Proximity to the beach was great! Apartment was well appointed and comfortable! Awesome customer service! Wanted to extend my stay but couldn’t figure out how to do that inside the app it was a little buggy at the time! I hope to be able to come back and stay again soon! I loved that I rested well, could cook meals and quickly get to the beach and restaurants when I wanted! Oh and parking YAY! Dave, you really thought of everything! Thanks, Dave and Team!

Great location, everything you could need and plenty of space. Bed was lovley and air conditioning was perfect for a warm weekend. Park right outside the property and walking distance to everything you need. Very quiet and relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy San Clemente

Place was awesome…… Should put an electrical outlet in the little dressing room area… Clean stain at the bottom of the stairs Maybe a blind in the window in the kitchen for a little privacy We had a great time…..great location…..we will come again !!
