Staff are amazing both front desk, cleaning, and cooking staff!!! I have stayed here a couple times now and the beds are very comfortable as well!!!! We found several pincher bugs in our room. The lotion where halfway full the shower soaps where just about empty and the staff did not care nor do anything about it. The hotel advertised heated pool, that was a lie! The pool was freezing and that was the main reason we chose this hotel. Never again will we return, suggest the same to whomever reads this as well.
