Room was smelly, worn and old furnishings. Toilet screamed all night with a sound like an alarm and sometimes wouldnt flush. Had to fill the garbage pale with water to pour in the toilet. Soiled towels and wash clothes. Giving very low-budget slum kinda place. Do not stay there.

At breakfast on Saturday, I alerted the front desk that the yogurt was expired by over one full month. They said that’s all they had and did not give any indication of caring at all or removing the expired product. The vent in the bathroom made a crazy noise every time I turned it on so I just did not use it. One of the lights was flickering & I guess the bulb was about to burn out in my room. There was heavy rust on the door hinges & stains in the toilet bowl. I tried to be environmentally friendly and leave my towels on the hook as indicated on the display in the bathroom. It said that only towels on the floor would be replaced, but they replaced all my towels, so that was not helpful to the environment. It was good location & accessible to everything I needed to do downtown & at nearby shopping centers.

clean soft bed

Front desk was wonderful. Grounds were clean. Room had the musty odor of AC not running consistently in Texas. I turned it on full blast and left for dinner. When I got back, the smell was faint. Bed was clean and comfy. The shower head looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time with rust stains or hard water stains or whatever. Looked down to see if a bath was a better option and the drain plug was worse. You could see where the water had been dripping and caused rust on the tub. I showered quickly. Check out was via a text message. Only complaint is that shower.

Used to be a solid 3 star now is 2 stars hotel.

Staff was really nice, the problem I see is the matress are old in my bed was an area like a pot hole and you need to look a better place i the bed. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in tbe shawer were switched. And the worst in a second t Room for my brother and wife the room was undone dirty bathroom and beed linens were not clean or they are very old.
