Great apartment. Lots of space, amazing mountain views, convenient SLC location. The building also has easy parking, access to Trax right outside, and a nice hot tub/pool. Super comfortable place to spend a couple of weeks working, skiing and hanging out in the city.
The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, and we loved the underground parking and access to the pool table. We will definitely stay here again.
It is a nice property, clean, and great location. The check-in process was easy and management was very helpful with informative emails. I would recommend this property if you are going to be in Salt Lake City.
This place was in a great location with food options down the street, close to downtown and the arena, and a TRAX station just down the street. Great communication from the hosts! Great neighbor hood and great parking system. Overall a great stay and will plan to stay again if back in town!!
The apartment has beautiful views of the mountains it was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The amenities were great. We played pool in the billiards room quite often, which is on tfloasfloor as the apartment.
This house was great, we had a group of women on a hiking vacation. The home was well stocked, and close to anything we wanted; food, shopping, sightseeing. Even hikes were less than an hour in any direction. The views were stunning from every window. The area felt safe, and secure. The only thing we didn't realize was that parking was in a parking garage, but it also felt safe and secure and was very easy to access. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful apartment near downtown with amazing views!
Four of us stayed here to go to the George Strait concert and also did some hiking. It was our first time in SLC. The location of the property is close to downtown bars and restaurants. Lots of places walking distance away such as Starbucks, Walgreens, restaurants and other coffee shops. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and super clean! Each bedroom has their own bathroom and that came in handy as we were sharing the property with another couple. The unit is located in the corner of the building which provides great views of the mountains. Will definitely recommend this property to our family and friends. Thank you for a 5- star stay!

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
First, I want to note that communication with the host was excellent. He was responsive and made a genuine effort to address issues during our stay.Pros:The location is very convenient with quick access to the interstate. It is also walkable to downtown shops and restaurants.Cons:Noise was the biggest drawback. Our unit was in a loud part of the building, with disruptive neighbors. The property is along the TRAX line, which is frequent and loud during the day and runs until about 10pm. This made working from home difficult.Sound insulation is nonexistent, so outside noise at night is very noticeable. There is also a visible homeless population on the block. We did not have issues, but it is something to consider.Amenities are basic. The sleeper sofa in the living room was easily the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat on. This made relaxing in the unit very difficult.Common areas are not accessible until after 10am, which limited workspace options. A friend left a phone there overnight and there was no way to retrieve it until it reopened, nobody on site at the building to address this. The hot tub was out of service for 17 days, and the AC was not working for the first 3 days, with indoor temps around 78 degrees. For a short stay, these may be minor, but over a month they added up.
The building smelled a little like pot. The room smelled good though and was very clean. There were quite a few homeless people outside the building. I didn’t really ever feel comfortable leaving on foot with my family. The pool was fun. The listing said it had a travel crib that we were planning on but it didn’t have one.
