Granny panties

Our room phone did not work. The bedding comforter was like the granny panties of comforters. Seem to be missing a duvet cover. Staff was friendly and attentive, and brought more towels when requested. It was quiet and we were not disturbed.

Not enough parking at this hotel. No towels in the pool area. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to reboot the receiver on our tv. The 2 young girls at check in were standoffish and not helpful.

We were disappointed in our stay this time. The breakfast was not very good - no yogurt, no pastries, silverware was usually out, coffee was out a lot. Only one person was working the breakfast bar and the hotel was sold out. It was the Univ of Utah's graduation weekend so there should have been more staff to help. It took more than 4 hours to get someone to come fix our TV. Our previous stay a year ago was much better, but not this time for the amount we paid per night for our room. Bedding was terribly thin (like tissue paper) and would not stay fitted to the bed.

It's not walkable to the main gondolas but it's near enough to drive to parking lot. also, they have their own shuttle bus to get to park city gondolas. Good place to stay for skiers/snowboarders.

Bathroom door didn’t lock, there were multiple stains on the bed sheets and the couch pull out. The parking was horrible and the night staff was rude when we asked where we could park. We had to park at the Walmart and could have had our car towed due to no over night parking. Stains on the floor, no fire extinguishers. Stay away!!!

Parking here is rough. I have mobility issues and had to park quite far away. The breakfast was not great. The accesibility room left a lot to be desired. It was missing an accesibility feature the staff assured me it had.
