"Front desk staff ruined the experience. They made us wait close to two hours more AFTER check-in time because the room wasn’t ready yet. No apologies, no remorse, not a care in the world, really. I think it’s a normal occurence for them. Bar is closed by the way. Don’t even bother asking."
