Terrible and overpriced hotel

Can’t believe this is a 3 star hotel. Room has nothing, we paid more than €200 an we’re supposed to have a double bed and two single beds, but it was just a couch that opens up… No fridge, no water, no night lights for the couch, a terrible room and a misleading booking. Never again Accor.

Pictures seem great, actual rooms are bit different. Shower head can’t be adjusted, water goes everywhere in the bathroom, doorhandles are all loose and the bottom of door was beat up. No trash can in our room, only 5 channels on the TV, bed was rock hard. Breakfast was average. Check in was easy and lobby vending machine was nice touch though.

I was put on the 9th floor, the room was hot, I requested the room temperature to be adjusted, which they did. Few minutes later I observed water dripping from the top of the roof close to the bathroom door. I was disappointed with all that. I had to request for another room which I was moved to. All this could have been avoided in the first place if the janitorial services had reported the issue, or have maintenance look over the roofing.it gets more annoying when you paid close to $140 per night and u had to deal with all that mess.
