Good Hotel, needs renovation of rooms.

needs renaovation on the rooms. Hotel was great and still has a very nice lobby and, restaurant, bar, etc...but if they want to keep clients they need to renovate the rooms as they are very used. But over all, and considering the crazyness on prices in Paris, I guess its ok, and I will repeat.

the hotel is in a very good location very close to the airport and a big shopping centre aeroville the staffs are very friendly and professional especially the receptionist Lesher she went above and beyond to help us checked in quickly and explain thoroughly about the hotel facilities and she was very good in English the room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable the bath room is big one thing that stand out is the shuttle is free Thanks very much from Mr Diep and Family

We had to change our room multiple times for various reasons. First it was because the first room smelt like smoke. Why would it ever be okay to put a family with a toddler in a room where you allow smokers stay? Glad they moved us to another room quickly however it was so cold in there that we needed a heater. They finally moved us to a decent room for the rest of the stay which was better and they did it quickly. While the main floor of this hotel looks wonderful, all the bathrooms are seriously outdated including the ones on the 1st floor. The gym was also across the building and it’s inconvenient to have to go back into the cold to get to it. It should be in the same building for convenience especially in the winters. They don’t have much toddler friendly meals on their menu however they gave us a nice toy with colouring paper and crayons. This was a great gesture however it might be helpful to have an actual kids play area. The staff were very very respectful though and the airport shuttle was helpful.

Conveniently located and to park. Lobby area is nicely designed. However the room need serious upgrade on the lighting (not enough light to read), showering in a bath was not comfortable and the shower head needs to be replaced. TV is outdated (not a smart tv) and there are no English channels.

I was in transit and decided to goto this property because it was close to the airport. I was literally here 5 hours. Place was old and tired. Gave me That motel vibe. Tub was shallow and the shower wasn’t very impressive. It served the purpose. Staff were very good

Mostly good hotel, near the airport, but nothing really near and convenient on foot for food, etc. Public facilities are clean and in good condition, but room decor was tired with old and ill fitting carpet. Bed was big and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

The staff was amazing. The room was great with a comfortable bed. Very nice restaurant and bar area. Hallways leading to rooms were a little dates but everything else was great.
