The front staff were good. English was sufficient. Our check in process began okay with acknowledgement of our reservation. (4:00 ish). Then the phone calls started to the room staff to see if our room was ready. The first phone conversation went on for 4-5 minutes and the second conversation was 2-3 minutes.
We were given a room that was ok but was obviously a replacement room for the one we booked. This room was meant as a handicapped room. The room did not have a king bed as was promised in the reservation (it was a twin). There were a couple of spider webs hanging from the ceiling and the cutlery was enough for one person only. Never again.
