They told me the shuttle will take us free to airport and the lady took all the details about where i will need them to drop me the morning i came down to get it and the guy said i have to pay 8€ plus he will drop me somewhere and i have take the train. I was not happy about that

I loved my stay! The hotel room was very clean and had everything I needed. The reception team was incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciated how spotless everything was. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms are ancient and in many ways outdated and just gross. We were put in two rooms that had either bad smells and/or unclean until finally we were moved to a room that smelled reasonable. The deposit is ridiculous- 250 euros and there is nothing in that room worth 250 euros. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and it advertises a shuttle but don’t be fooled- they take you to the train station instead of being helpful and sensible by going a few more minutes down the road to the actual airport- otherwise their shuttle is 35 euros to go a minute or two more to the actual airport. The pool closes at 9pm and the restaurant closes at 10 so there is nothing available to do or eat if you arrive a little later than normal. There are many other options in that area to stay in hotels close by for a similar price and I regret I chose this place. I never leave reviews but this was such a terrible experience it has compelled me to write this review and make sure people know that if there is another choice you will likely not be as disappointed as I was.

Check in staff were terrible, lady when we checked in Monday 20th October evening time in a pinstriped dress was so rude. The gentleman was actually lovely he couldn’t have done enough for us. Rooms were clean and the suite was massive. Restaurant was nice for dinner staff were pleasant. Missed breakfast by 5 and the fella said he couldn’t take us which is understandable. We had to pay £250 deposit at check in per room which I never realised at the time of booking
