The hotel had big spacious rooms, the food at the grill had a variety of options and was good, and the shuttle to the airport was convenient and timely.

No air conditioner. Apparently they switch to heal but the air was not even circulating. 24 C in the room. Very uncomfortable. Mini fridge was not working. Pool was close, so we got a voucher for a drink and snack. Lady behind the bar was rude. Drink could only be wine or beer. The snack which took 20 minutes was literally 2 mozzarella sticks and 2 small onion rings. OMG. How cheap can you be. Closure of their pools was worth a bunch more! Finally the shuttle only took you to terminal 2. We had to walk and take airport rail to get to terminal 1. This was the main reason we selected this hotel.

Great value for the money. I had a package sent to the hotel and it arrived before I checked in. Upon checking in, I didn’t even have to mention the package, they had made a note and had it ready for me. I dint take organization for granted. Major bonus points. The front desk attendant was friendly and effective. The drink credits were an appreciated gesture. The room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We unfortunately didn’t have the time to use the pool… next time. The only suggestion I would make would be shampoo/conditioner in the shower… or at least available at the lobby store. That said, they may have been available upon request… we didn’t ask.

This is a wonderful big hotel if your family wants more space and amenities than city hotels. We enjoyed a spacious room with comfortable beds and a great bathroom and relaxing space for four adults and teens. It is a long cab ride of 45-60 minutes or hotel transport to the train if you want to see Paris tourist attractions in the city Centre. But access to a large fitness center and swimming was important and helped everyone recover from long days walking around Paris and to have vacation time that felt more like an escape from work and school life. Highly recommend if you’re good with being well outside of central city Paris. It seems truly fabulous for families with young children. Incredibly kind and welcoming staff. Very helpful.

Good place, but they need to change the pillows! They are bricks and very big, woke up with a twisted neck. Facilities great, staff is friendly, great stay for early flights, just get nice pillows.

Unfriendly staff

The front desk staff were not pleasant or helpful. The check-in process was unfriendly and mechanical. I informed them that there were no coffee pods in the room and they would t provide me with the correct ones for the machine in our room. There was no pillow selection in the room. All 4 pillows were too thick and firm making sleep very uncomfortable and hard. The lady that seemed in charge of the bar/restaurant was not friendly and too abrupt with customers and fellow staff.

Great hotel, staff and service. Pool access was a plus. Location is far out but the shuttle to the airport gets you to other modes of transportation. Pre book the shuttle!
