"1. At first glance, the location is super and the room is good. 2. The only English speaking TV Channels is BBC. 3. When you are ready to close your eyes, the pillows are the worst of the world. Folded rubber or hard foam cushions?? The cover and bed mattress aren’t breathable. They are extremely uncomfortable. 4. No one answered at the reception desk when called. What’s the point to have a phone… 5. I ended up with a sore neck and a huge headache. The Housekeeping lady sympathized but could not do anything. The receptionist at the desk pretended it’s the first time she’d ever heard this complaint. I can’t believe it. Because, I have heard someone in another room screaming and a sound followed as if she was throwing the pillows and hit the walls… What’s the point to have a beautiful room while the essentials such as pillows, blanket/comforter, and mattress aren’t comfortable?
