Stayed for a day, we had an early flight out. But the breakfast was great. And the rooms were clean. We saw a big stain in the hallways going to our room. The front staff seemed casual and informal. Overall, good stay. Layover.

The pictures are misleading the rooms are very small and the shower as well. The rooms need an upgrade and the walls are nasty very dirty. If it’s only for a day I recommend but other than that it’s not a great place.

Everything was great. I would've given 5 star if only the reception would've given me an explanation of the hotel, wifi, coffee in the lobby, shuttle times, use of the microwave and other things without me having to ask later on.

I’ve been using Expedia for many years and this is my very first negative review. When we checked in staff assigned us a room and gave us a key. We went upstairs and into our room. There is no inside lock on the door, so I hung the do not disturb sign on the door. About an hour later another guest used their key to enter our room. I explained that it was occupied and tried calling the front desk but didn’t get an answer. Frustrated, I placed a chair against the door. My wife and I took a shower and went to bed. In the middle of the night, hotel staff entered our room while we were sleeping! I yelled that we were in bed. After they left I got dressed and went downstairs to address the issue. They claimed that I was in the wrong room and it was my fault, in spite of me having the room card with the room number and the fact that my key they gave me worked. I’ve never had this happen to me before and it was very unsettling. Very unsafe. Do not stay at this hotel!
