A first-floor unit in a 1926 fourplex on a quiet, tree-lined street.



The Space:

Built in 1926 and fully remodeled - the original foyer staircase stayed, the rest is new.



Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a smart TV. Open-concept living room with streaming on a smart TV, plus a family-style dining table.



Fully equipped kitchen: stainless appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar, Keurig, toaster, and cooking basics.



Spacious backyard with room to sit out.



Linens and towels, central heat and AC, complimentary toiletries. Free WiFi.



Free street parking. Watch for street cleaning - the home side of the street runs Tuesdays 10am to 12pm, the opposite side Mondays 10am to 12pm.



Guest Access:

Digital door locks are programed with unique access codes for every guest.



Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.



The Neighborhood:

We didn't enjoy iur stay because of so many reasons.1. Facility manager is not responsive2. Property is quite old and need maintenance 3. The WC in one of the toilet doesn't work and the Facility promised to com fix it but never cam e or respond to messages 4. No extra bedings provided for five days stay5. Pillow and cases were dirty6. No enough tissues7. Old amenities etc

Great alternative to expensive downtown hotels. My only concern was that, while there is parking on the street, it’s limited to an hour 8am-10pm. I gambled and fortunately didn’t get any tickets.
