There was Bed bugs and some toilet paper in the bed. It looked like the sheets were never changed. I took pictures. I asked for another room and it was around the corner from the first room. It also had bedbugs. I left and said I’m not staying. I want my money back. I never stated the night. Totally unacceptable,

Sleep is overrated

There were young children playing, laughing, running, screaming in the hallway until 1am. Someone pounded on our door before the sun came up (between 5 and 6 am). And then there was an alarm before 8 am which apparently was legitimate. WORST. NIGHT. SLEEP. EVER

We needed a place to stay before headed to an early flight and this spot exceeded my expectations. Excellent and kind service. Clean room and comfortable bed and great bar to have a night cap and watch MLB playoffs!

This airport has a shuttle option. I reached out via Expedia, contact this property to see if I can reserve it in advance. They never responded. So I tried again and then I called also. They responded, no just call us when you arrive and we will go and it will 30 minutes from then for pick up. No reservation necessary. So when I arrived I called, they didn't answer the phone. Then when they finally answered I was on hold for 22 minutes. By then I had called for a Lyft and paid for that. I asked if I can make sure I had a shuttle in the morning to take us back they said yes. The next morning I asked about the shuttle and they said " did, you reserve it" I said yes. It did arrive but my point is, they initially said no reservations necessary so if I didn't ask the night before to reserve the shuttle in the morning,I guess I would of had to Lyft again. Poor communication. Besides that , clean hotel- nice room. They offered breakfast but that started at 7a didn't try it because I left at 630am.

We checked in late and will be leaving very early. I called when I made my reservation that we needed a crib for our stay. The lady assured me she put that in the reservation. Upon arrival the young man at the desk indicated that cribs were “ first come , first serve “ and that it was not in our room He made me feel that we may not get one. Thankfully we did but that would have been a huge problem. I will most likely stay elsewhere in the future for this reason.

The hotel itself is modern and clean. The location is isolated, if you are without a vehicle there is no place within walking distance to get a meal or buy a beer.
