For starters we walked into the room that smelt heavily of incense, upon examining the room there was some sort of hair piled under the bed, someone’s Christmas wrapping paper still left in the room, some bodily fluids or just gunk on walls next to bed, safety bar in bathroom tub had been broken and not replaced upon arrival and the bed has been so heavily used I could feel the springs poking through the padding,

I have stayed here many times. It’s convenient and close to family and friends, being able to cook meals is definitely a bonus. It’s always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I plan on several more stays!

Room smelled bad, noisy all night long, AC didn't work, "grab n go" breakfast wasn't there, mattress was work out... everything was bad except for the lady who checked us in. She was very helpful to bring us a remote for the tv and try to get the AC working. Unfortunately we will never stay there again.

They gave us the wrong room so had to move rooms at 11:00 pm and then gave us another room that already had someone in it so then they finally got us another room and by now it’s midnight and I had my 4 yr old granddaughter with me.
