La estancia ha sido terrible. Nos sentimos realmente estafados. Escogimos otro hotel y nos derivaron a este por un supuesto sobrevendido del apartamento que escogimos. Digo supuesto, porque lo ponemos en duda totalmente. Ha sido una estafa. Encima, nos dan la habitación que da delante del mostrador del “hotel”, porque eso no es un hotel, es un tugurio… y ruido a todas horas, cuando entra la gente, cuando van a recepción, la gente se para a hablar en nuestra ventana al ser la primera habitación tocando a la entrada, el personal se pone a arrastrar los cubos de basura a las 7 de la mañana que está en frente de la habitación, hay ratas ahí debido a las basuras y suciedad.., todo un despropósito. La habitación deja mucho que desear. La cama terrible, se hunde hacia adentro, suenan los muelles, y huele mucho a humedad. El baño desprende un olor terrible a cloacas y todo en general un desastre. No vayan, porque no será una estancia agradable.

No bar as advertised. No breakfast as advertised. 12 foot x 12 foot room inadequate. The toilet door brushed against the bed. When going to the toilet one had to duck down to avoid hitting my head on the TV. Outside was not just a building site but a playground for rats. We paid well over £500 for a 4 night stay. This was extortionate. We will definitely NOT be recommending this hotel. Any refund would not be enough to recompense for this hotel. We love Rome but this hotel might just put us off from returning.

The hotel is near the train station so it indeed has a very convenient location. But the area around the hotel doesn’t seem too safe. So for example right outside the hotel there are currently construction works done, which means that there are lots of trash lying around. We even saw lots of rats at night around the trash. Adding to that the area is pretty dark at night. Also there are no AC in the rooms, only an electric fan. So if you visit Rome in summer, it will be way too hot in the room. The pictures on how the room look like on the internet is not quite the same. It doesn’t look as pretty. But besides that the hotel is not too far from the Centre and the staff is also friendly. Room service is also provided, but only in the morning.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for one night, but the worst night ever was when we arrived in the room. There is one fan and the room is very hot and we cannot sit in it. We asked to change the room and we moved to the next room. Also, the room is hot.

Es un hotel muy sencillo, pero el precio es el adecuado. Si solamente vas a dormir ahí es un buen lugar. La atención de la mujer que está en el mostrador en la mañana es maravillosa. Es una persona muy atenta y preocupada de darte los mejores consejos para tu estadía en la ciudad.
