"Only speaking for the our room experience. This motel gets good rating I hope it wasnt the case for other rooms. Room space is fair for the price. Good access to the freeway but can be noisy. Friendly staff! However, it is far from clean. Sticky wall looks like soda got sprayed and never got wiped. Moldy tub seams and wifi signal is weak and slow internet. "

"I stayed at this hotel for less than 24 hours and unfortunately several issues affected the experience. Our room was not ready at check-in time, and we were pressured into accepting a ‘king’ room even though we reserved two queens. The bed in the room we received appeared to be a queen, not a king as stated. The hot tub — one of the main amenities we booked the hotel for — was only 83°, which is far below hot tub temperature. On top of that, around eight children were occupying the space with pool noodles and food while parents and staff did nothing to enforce the posted rules. The environment made it impossible to relax or use the amenity as intended. Overall, the stay did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s amenities or reservation."
