Room was clean and the staff is friendly. Just noting a few things: many times throughout the night you hear the emergency vehicles, the shower was luke warm. I would say people that enjoy refreshing showers would be happy over this. Breakfast was good. Personally I like bacon, but others may enjoy the sausage. The air conditioning was a relief after coming in after visiting Hollywood.

Older hotel, but still nice. Major draw back is 4 level hotel with only 1 elevator. Staff and guest have to used the same elevator which can be time consuming. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Each staff that was here told something different everyday so basically when u come to the hotel u shouldn’t know what to expect it’s confusing and backwards lovely room but the staff front desk are friendly but don’t know what there doing will have u upset fast
