The room was very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. First, we arrived early due to our game starting before check in. They allowed us to check in early for a small fee. When returning, we asked for extra pillows for my pregnant wife and they were provided very quickly. Will stay here next time for sure. Thank you again!

It’s in a terrible part of town. Police sirens all night. Not enough parking for the rooms. Staff infriendly (they just don’t care). While it is close to SOFI, KIA, cosm , etc. its dangers. Doors don’t lock properly. No amenities. For the price. Pay the same the price somewhere else and yrber to the arena. It’s wasn’t an inexpensive hotel. Secure parking, clean room, liked that room has a sm fridge and microwave. Did NOT like checkout process, after leaving a $100 cash deposit, they won’t give back the $$ and have to wait a while until they check the room. TV was not turning ON due to low batteries and that was starting to be a problem because they were thinking we ruined the tv, so had to go back and forth to see why the tv was not working.
