Talk about `shell shock,' I would have been better off checking into Motel 6 (half price) than this property. I changed rooms' thrice due to metal door panel obstruction, bathtub rusted, toilet seat unhinged & blackened, and window closures broken. The `front desk' staff has very limited knowledge about property or rooms. Absolutely NO basics or amenities in room, except stocked bar w/chips at cost. No soap, hangers, kleenex, luggage stand, hair dryer, clock/radio, coffee maker are in rooms. Yet, my last room had 2 shampoo dispensers that dripped shampoo into tub. The restaurant was poorly stocked w/ basics, like No cream or sub for coffee. All they had was Whole Milk. No sugar, only sweetener available and ketchup and salad dressing where brought from kitchen in bowls. Also, their 24-hr airport shuttle was not operating upon My arrival at LAX nor was the switchboard. My calls to hotel kept going into voicemail mode (not setup). I called Travelocity to fax the property and inform them I was at airport awaiting pick up. Your Rep advised Me to take a cab to the hotel and I'd be reimbursed. This was the `hotel from hell' on All levels.

First I waited over 3 hours in the cold and needed to go to the toilet. I called them 10 times and every time the shuttle was on the way. I begged them to come it was in the low 60 degrees. The driver finally arrived at 12;05 am. He said that reception acted like it was my first call. He said that the other driver was there in reception and not on his way. When I finally arrived I asked them to hurry because I needed to go to the toilet. I did nit want to go at the airport because I might miss the shuttle. The 2 women took their good sweet time. Finally registered they told me to go past the pool and to the left the room was to the right. The room was in disrepair.. The carpet base board was coming away from the wall, the bathroom sink was separated from the wall. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The carpet was torn. The couch had cigarette burns and when you sat on it you ended up almost on the floor. There was an empty liquor bottle from the mini bar on the closet shelf. The face cloths were rags. The pillows were old and flat. At 4:00 am the airplanes started flying over about every 5 minutes to start then were sporadic after that I could not sleep.

Waited over hour and a half for shuttle to pick us up, called 3 times. At checking credit card machine not working, they kept asking me to pay cash. Room window had sheer coverings so you can see inside. No soap in bathroom, i can hear people outside or in other rooms. Lobby tored up. I have stayed at better hostel. Pictures of this place are very deceiving.

Room 155 had roaches and bed bugs and the manager did not want to reimburse me my money back I was not appreciate it as a customer terrible customer service and the manager has no remorse for young children or his customers they do not deserve to be Travelocity because there not very professional at all it ruined my trip he took money that I did not have to spare and I still wasn't able to stay in the room when it was all said and done

They had roaches, then moved me to another room and when i got back from my night they had given my room to someone else removing my stuff and losing it.

This place was crap. The hotel "suite" smelled like someone had been chain-smoking in there for 18 years. The room had two lamps missing shades -- just bare bulbs -- and holes in the wall, a filthy bathroom and a bracket in the bedroom where a TV was supposed to be. If you're a meth addict, it would be acceptable; if you are a normal person expecting a clean, quiet room, it is uninhabitable. When I checked out two minutes after I arrived and complained, the girl at the front desk (to which you have to be buzzed in from the street) said she could put me in another room. When I derisively asked if she had a non-smoking room, she said "all of our rooms are non-smoking," despite that room 142 smelled worse than burying your head in an ashtray. This hotel is in a dodgy part of town, right beneath the flight path for LAX. Avoid this place at all costs.
