Staff was awesome! Negatives- the elevator buttons didn’t work correctly and jerked to a stop at floor. Didn’t always feel safe. Also the carpet had burn holes in our room. Also took a long time for water to get hot.

The room had burn holes on the sofa and on the bedding. There was also other noticeable damage left behind from pervious customers. Provided no extra pillows or blankets in a room with a pull out sofa. No hot water for the shower. The elevator felt unsafe to use. The only good thing is that there is a Starbucks across the street.

Too many homeless on or near the property. Fear of car theft. Furniture was old and in moving one of the chairs, the arm pulled off

The property was in good overall condition and the room was fine. The room rate was overpriced and the extra $10 parking fee was over the top. For a room at that price, there should have been no extra fees.
