I had two nights at this hotel, I had the best customer service, Ashley in reception made my life so easy . I was so tired from a long flight and was getting ready to come back to Australia, she organised a quiet room so I could have the needed rest. Will give 5 stars. Many thanks Ashley , next time in transit in Los Angeles for sure will stay there.

All was okay. Not good not bad. But they have two security guards with vests and tasers which doesn’t really comfort a guest. I assume the area around the airport is that bad.

The room we got is clean and has amazing view the only down side is it smell like somene smoke and we’re supposed to be in a non-smoking room. We only stayed for a few hours so we didn’t bother to move in a different room. Staff Bashir is amazing and friendly. They have a shuttle from the airport which is very convenient.

The AC wasn’t cold although it was set at 68 degrees. When maintenance came to fix it, it only worked for 15 minutes then it was back to humid and clammy. In checking out I had reported it.

Overall an ok stay
Room was clean, smelled fine. I was a little concerned of the area being a little rough. Security guards in the hotel at all times though. It’s a gated facility. Some vending machines with food options (salads, sandwiches, etc) as well as soda. Coffe available in the lobby in the morning

Rooms weren't anything special, but clean and reasonably decent. The people were very nice. It's a sketchy neighborhood, but who cares if you stay on the property. I would however not keep anything valuable in your car. Overall, you get what you pay for. We spent just one night to sleep and it was just fine for that.
