"When we requested towels, they told us we needed to come get them, which was very inconvenient, especially since the building we were in was not connected to the front desk building. The free breakfast room was VERY hot and way too busy. We opted for the paid breakfast buffet, where we did not get drinks the entire time. They did end up discounting our meal, but we spent over 25 minutes waiting for someone to come over and no one did until we were done eating. The room was very clean and the noise was minimal. We slept very well. When we arrived to the room, there was no body wash. We requested but no one refilled it. Overall a pretty nice place to stay, just a few things that would've been nice to have"

"Room had new carpet so it was a bit smelly as expected. We asked for help with the TV as the volume/channel would not change. Yes, we have programmed remotes before. This one was not working right. Later, we asked if the TV had been fixed as it was getting late and we was about to return to room. They said we didn’t report a TV issue. I had to send screen shots of the conversation with two different people. Then then sent someone to the room fairly quick and they was able to get it fixed. Overall, it was ok. Walls are thin and we could hear people in three directions but they was quiet when it got late. Staff was not ever rude just had a misunderstanding over the TV which I don’t have to have but like to."

"This hotel was fantastic from top to bottom, back to front. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable too. The free breakfast was wonderful! We also enjoyed the close proximity to our activities we had planned on our trip. This was our first stay at the Lodge but I can definitely say it won’t be our last!"
