Showers were gorgeous and bed soft. Clean room, and incredible service. TVs were not smart tvs as advertised and our mini fridge cabinet door was broken making drawer access a bit of a hassle. Elevators are sketchy, we were stuck in Monroe building for a couple minutes and then elevator shuttered and finally opened the doors to let us out.

I love the Hotel it was beautiful, just a little off when it came to checking in, you have to check into one building, then drive around back to another building. The one thing I didn't care for there was no lobby in that building, no ice or vending machines nothing. I have to say the rooms were amazing, large, comfortable and clean. Would I stay there again, yes after knowing what I need to bring because of no vending machine. We just wanted to buy water. Although, they did give you one free. Breakfast was a bit costly; we passed on that. The property is beautiful, but really dark at night.

The man at the front desk, James, I believe, was very professional. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet looked great, and the dining room was very attractive - although I did not eat there due to a commitment to meet family members for breakfast in Glen Allen.
