No room cleaning service

At the high price we paid, we expect clean towels and our bed refreshed after the first night….came back late in the evening to an unmade bed and wet towels. Not pleased. Also thought that because of our Hotels.com Silver status, that we would be eligible for a discount on nightly parking. This did not happen. Also thought that a bottle of wine would be given for each evening. Did we misunderstand? Have been a Hotel.com customer for over 10 year, usually quite confident in our understandings of bookings.

Great to be by the ocean, fisherman’s wharf, nice shops, restaurants. Quiet, calming and relaxing vibe. If you want to do busier and bigger things, you’ll need transportation to get to other areas.

Poor customer service, nice hotel.

Room was great, location was great but the customer service is completely unacceptable. When we checked out we forgot our diaper bag that had my wife’s purse in it. Our bad for sure and luckily the front desk person able to grab it which we really appreciate. However this happened on a Wednesday and after being promised daily that it would be shipped the next day they finally shipped it the following Wednesday. Any other hotel would have had this shipped by Friday.
