Room was clean with expected amaenities. No USB chargers in the rooms -- something I didn't realize I normally would expect in a budget motel. The reception was pleasant and courteous. The area outside the hotel is pretty dicey, especially if you arrive after dark. I didn't have any problems, but just be aware. "No Panhandling / No Loitering" signs are posted outside the entrance, and you are greeted by a security guard as you enter.

This day was OK. I got woken up every morning at 3:30 with a train. There’s homeless people hanging out over there. I know I won’t book there again other than that everything was fine.

Room was very clean. Staff was nice. The continental breakfast could’ve been much better no decaffeinated, coffee nor adequate tea no plates for the muffins and very little choices. I stayed at many hotels that offered a far better continental breakfast. There was no place to sit to eat our small muffin no tables.

This hotel is neglected!! Right when you walk in the smell is bad. I checked in and went to the 5th floor where both rooms were. The smell inside the room was worse, it smelled like sweat and body odor. We were super hungry so we went back downstairs to go eat, and the food places were closed because it was already past 11am. We returned back to the hotel and the middle elevator smelled like vomit and you were able to see it in the floor. That is when we decided to leave and we just grabbed our stuff and checked out since. They only refunded me back one day of the stay and not both. The lady in the front desk was very nice.

What I like was the staff were very friendly. What I didn’t like, there were to much homeless people inside of the hotel parking, also the furniture were very old and damaged. And the parking lot was very dirty.

Nothing was okay or acceptable for what I paid. Staff was very unwelcoming, did not feel safe at all. They never returned my deposit neither. OH AND GET THIS, THEY THREATNED TO TOW MY CAR. GO ANYWHERE ELSE , because you will be disappointed.

Building is not as bad. Only thing I didn't like was that there a lot of homeless just wondering around. Area around the building could use some cleaning. But inside the building is a different story. People were nice and very helpful.
