"This is a beautiful and clean hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful. the pool area is also nice. I enjoyed having a drink at the bar. The breakfast options are vast and very delicious. i will be returning to this hotel! i absolutely enjoyed staying here "

"The hotel was understaffed which made service slow. When we went to the pool, there was no one there to give us towels in three separate occasions and we had to track someone down to get us some. The room was ok, but the beds were only doubles instead of queen sized which made sleeping less comfortable. However, one of the doorman named Giovanni went out of his way to accommodate us. He changed some big bills into smaller bills for us so we had money for tips, he found us an excellent driver to take us to Guatape and when we checked out, he signed us out of netflix (we couldn't figure it out because it was all in spanish) and took a video to show it was done. This man was exceptional and made out stay much more comfortable. "
