Upon entering, you will immediately take notice of the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Settle down and enjoy each other's company from the leather seating or from behind the kitchen's granite countertops. As the chef of your group prepares their favorite dishes in the kitchen, show off your musical side with the help of the keyboard and guitar. When it's time to eat, enjoy an alfresco meal on the patio. While you're outside, you'll be able to enjoy the mature desert landscaping, cookouts on the gas grill, and the gorgeous fence mural. Back inside, the interior amenities extend to a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a collection of board games.

Less than 12 miles from the quiet neighborhood you are nestled in, enjoy visiting Mansel Carter Oasis Park & San Tan Regional Park, Seville Golf & Country Club, Johnson Ranch, the Higley Center for the Performing Arts, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The on-site hot tub is not available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
