Very exclusive and at only 10 minutes from Puerto Cancun or the entrance to the Cancun's hotel zone.
Very Similar to a beautiful small resort with 4 pools, tenis court, paddel court, multiple use court (baket ball and soccer), heated pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, billard, ping pong, palapas at the beach, etc.
It is convenient to pass by the supermarket before arriving.
A rental vehicle is the most convenient transportation.
It is at 10 minutes from the entrance to the Cancun's hotel zone.

2. No parties or events are allowed
3. The apartment must be treated with respect, any damage to the property must be covered by the guest
