The location downtown is awesome and the place feels like it’s treated with love. Staff was very helpful and the housekeepers were great. The amenities are spartan but so are the prices. Highly recommended.

This hotel is really fun to stay in and has a lot to offer but the beds in both of our rooms were very uncomfortable. They seemed quite old and dated and we could feel the springs. Perhaps time for an upgrade. Everything else was of great value and this hotel is perfectly situated for a great time in PV.

The breakfast was really good, fresh thymine, I would recommended to any newcomers, although I was unaware that it was a free breakfast, although I did pay for that service, and the AC was very good in the room, room that I was in was relatively smaller but in general excellent place to sell remember you're Mexico

The staff was lovely and our room was, but this hotel is NOT in a family friendly area. The Zona Romantica is geared toward partying and drinking and not family activities. The windows in the rooms are also not ideal and the street noise pours into the room all night long. Sound machine required.
