"I booked three rooms at this hotel for a speacial occasion trip to celebrate a graduation. At check in I asked if one of the rooms could possibly have some kind of view of the city. I was quickly told it was not possible as the hotel was sold out. I was very sorry that out of the 100's of rooms in the hotel they could not have accommodated even one of the three rooms booked and the check in clerk was not friendly about it. For this reason and the overall appearance of the hotel I would not recommend it. I gave it some 4 stars because the bell desk and the valet were cordial. But next time I'll stay somewhere else."
