The Space:

This private one-bedroom apartment has a queen bed, a living room with large windows, a full kitchen, a dining table, and a bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower.



The second sleeping surface is a pullout/trundle beneath the living-room sofa. Using it requires moving the sofa and extending the bed. Tell us before arrival if your group will use it so the cleaning team can inspect it and leave fresh linens, towels, and a blanket.



The LG television uses a separate Roku remote for streaming. Guests sign in to their own streaming services; cable, Netflix, and a managed YouTube TV account are not included.



Wi-Fi is provided, but speed and signal strength can vary. The apartment has Cadet wall heaters and does not have air conditioning. About 10 exterior stairs lead to the building entrance, and there is no elevator.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is private to your group. Self check-in uses the building entrance and a physical key in the Unit 3 lockbox; current codes are provided through the guest portal and check-in message.



Shared coin-operated laundry is beside Unit 5 and is available by request from 9 AM to 8 PM.



There is no private or reserved parking. Use public curb parking and follow the current posted signs.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in Portland's Buckman neighborhood, near the Belmont, Hawthorne, and Division corridors. The surrounding area has restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and neighborhood services within walking distance. Because businesses and hours change, check a current map before making a special trip.



Getting Around:

Unit 3 is on the street-facing side of an older building, so city traffic and neighboring units may be audible. A white-noise machine or earplugs may be requested before arrival, subject to availability.

The apartment has heat but no air conditioning.



The living-room pullout/trundle requires moving the sofa. Tell us before arrival if it will be used so fresh bedding can be prepared.



Shared laundry is coin-operated, available by request from 9 AM to 8 PM, and is not inside the apartment.



Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
