It’s hard to find a pet friendly place that accepts all dogs, so that’s how we ended up at this house. The house was spacious, secure, and close to the beach/pool. We felt comfortable with our young kids walking back and forth from the beach to the house. Our girls loved having their own space on the 3rd floor. The laundry machines inside the house were very useful to bring home clean towels/clothes. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal. The beach was clean and felt very private. Our kids enjoyed the games that were available to play as well. The nice wash station at the back door was great for our pets and kids. The major downside was the walkway to the beach. The wooden bridge only went halfway, and the path was overgrown and full of sand burrs that became embedded in our feet and dogs’ fur. The shower curtain in the king size master bedroom was covered in black mold/mildew. We were able to wash it in the washer, and it came clean. The door on the lower screened in porch wouldn’t latch, but we were able to fix that on our own. We did have some concerns about the condition of the floor, particularly by the washing machine and by the bathroom in the king size bedroom. It felt like the floor was going to give out with each step, which may need to be addressed soon. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
