With space for 12, this home is ideal for families traveling together. This single level home will beckon you with its bright, pristine kitchen, dining area and inviting living room hues. Doors from the comfortable living room lead out to a porch with couch seating, a table fire pit, and a BBQ grill for your enjoyment.

This beautiful new build features a spacious master suite with en-suite bathroom that boasts a garden tub, double vanity, and walk in shower. The additional bedrooms consist of a queen bed and a twin bunk room – perfect for your littler travelers! Lastly is the separated mother-in-law area located inside the home that’s equipped with its own full kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom - ideal for multiple families traveling together!
In renting this home you’ll also have access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room and the garage, which houses our 4-seater electric golf cart!

You have access to the entire home, including the golf cart and the Windmark Beach community pool! You will get the door code and pool code in your digital welcome guide 3 days prior to check-in.

Things to know:
- Age Restrictions: the registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. We will approve via photo ID. Thank you for understanding!
- This property is dog friendly. We will allow 1 pet and it must be approved prior to booking. We will need to know breed and weight before approval. Thank you for understanding!
- Please note, we only supply starter packs despite your length of stay.

- Every guest is required to sign and abide by the guidelines outlined in our golf cart waiver. Per our Golf Cart Agreement, you are solely liable for the golf cart during your stay. If we find any damage you will not only be charged for the total cost of the incurred damages, but also for the cost of a golf cart rental during the length of time the original golf cart is being repaired.

- If the golf cart key is lost, stolen, or damaged a $150 fee will apply.

My family and 2 other couples with their kids stayed here for my wife's 30th birthday. The in-law suit was perfect because it was like it's own house inside the house. The main room was open floor plan. The entire house was clean. The garage was available for parking. The golf cart was perfect because it would've been difficult to access the beach easily. Same goes for the pool, which was huge, we were grateful we had the golf cart available to us. Over all- 9.5/10

Effortless stay at Sea La Vie

This was perfect for our family ranging from 2-60. There really isn't anything lacking. The house is nice, amenities are all there. A short walk gets you to the pool. The golf cart is a must. You are otherwise driving to the community shops, etc and missing out on the beauty of the back side of the area. We will definitely be back. We love this home and have now fallen in love with the area!

Spring Break

The property was really nice! We had a total of 8 people with half of them teenagers ages 15-17 years old. Having the golf cart was nice to get to the beach and we rented bikes for the rest to ride there. Access to the beach was not too far. There is a pool at the end of the road but it did not feel heated and it was rather chilly the week we were there. Any questions or concerns that we had, Ashley responded to them right away!! The only down side was the bunks are made more for young children and not teenage boys. It was not an issue because there were two pull out couches the boys used that week. Overall, we were very satisfied with this property.

Great stay

Nice new house, fire table out back, close to the pool and beach access, golf cart made it even easier. We had a blast, enjoyed the St Joe restaurants, saw some dolphins in the bay, overall great stay.

Design is very nice location is great but definitely this home needs better managerment and better QA check ups before every rental. We had a major ant infestation, they were crawling in every room. Property mansger was made aware of it and it was not addressed. Door knob in master bathroom was broken and one of the windows in master bedroom was unhinged off the tracks.

Brachytherapy but misleading

We, overall, had a great stay. The property was super-clean and perfect for us. We loved the mother-in-law suite. It provided the perfect amount of space. The addition of the golf cart was a nice extra. Would be really beneficial if the golf cart were eventually upgraded to a six seater. Seemed like six-seaters were what most of the other homes had. The misleading part of the listing was the community pool. We thought the pool was within walking distance of the home. We were disappointed to find out that the pool and shops were actually at the main Windmark community a few miles ride by golf cart. They are building a pool are for Windmark North. It just wasn’t done yet.
