Tropical Beach Front Paradise

Nuestra propiedad es una hermosa y bien cuidada casa frente al mar. Proporciona un paraíso tropical privado donde podrá relajarse lejos los días escuchando las olas, ver delfines, ballenas francas, y las tortugas marinas de la cubierta, o dar largos paseos en el surf. Mientras que usted puede disfrutar de la intimidad en el hogar, que son lo suficientemente cerca para caminar a restaurantes frente al mar, tomar un cóctel en la entrada, o reservar una aventura de pesca en el mar.

Convenientemente ubicado cerca de diez millas al sur de Daytona Beach, está lo suficientemente cerca para disfrutar de la juerga del paseo marítimo y luego escapar de vuelta a la paz y la tranquilidad de nuestro hogar. We had a fabulous time, plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean. We are definitely looking forward to coming again. Communication was great, if therebwere issues they got right back to us. The back door does stuck, but that is common in most places near the water. There are no complaints what so ever. It was a great biketoberfest!!!Thank you for having us.

Our family has been coming to Daytona for the past 29 years and this is the first time we’ve stayed in a house and we throughly enjoyed it!! So much so that we’ve already rented this house for next year!! It is spacious enough for our family but not too big and the walk down to the beach is very convenient! Everyone enjoyed it!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We came down to visit my son in college. We were looking for a place where we could go to the beach when we wanted and still be able to get around the area easily. This place fit everything we needed! The beach area in back was never busy despite being a holiday week so we walked the beach almost everyday and spent time relaxing and surfing a little bit. Several times we saw dolphins that like to go up and down the coast and watched storms rolling out to see. Everything was peaceful and relaxing for us!!I hope we get more opportunities to come back and stay again!!

Very Disappointed

First impressions: Driveway full of trash, broken glass, and cement bags under plastic that looked to have been there for a while. Upon entry going 8-10 dead cockroaches in kitchen and main area. During stay we saw several more alive.House was very dirty beyond counter and table tops. Grimy dishes, used coffee grinds in the coffee maker Toddler dropped a toy under the couch and after seeing years-old dust, dirt, and more dead bugs, I left it there! Access to beach very misleading. There are 2 boards that lead down to 3 steps up that take you to the top of rocks, then it’s 7-8 feet down to the beach. The only way down would be a backwards crawl! A note from the owners said there COULD be a situation where the tide had compromised the rocks, prohibiting access, which is hard to figure.Major construction next door. Hammering and music all day which woke me up twice. An excavator, crane and 2 other trucks were directly behind this house lined up on the sand for a day and a half. Not good.Be aware that there are no recliners on the deck and old chairs with saggy seats. No beach umbrella or chairs or beach towels as the site says. Just a hassle and an extra expense as these are things you can’t get onto a plane with.I am amazed that this property is rated so high!The owner refunded me what amounted to 1/3 of my cost, and did offer to send over a bug company, but with 2 kids that crawl on the floor did not want poison around.There are better options, I’m sorry to say.

Beautiful House Directly on the Beach

We have stayed at Chads and Joyces property for the past 5 years. Pictures dont do justices. This house is directly on the beach. Spacious house. The Beach does NOT get crowded at this location. Owner is very quick to respond if there is any issue.

Family Getaway June 2024

I would definitely recommend this place! My family loved this charming house and we all said we would love to come back again. If, you're looking for a nice relaxing getaway with the family, this is the place for you . You are steps away from the beach to, which is pretty quiet where this house is located away from all the crowds tucked away from all the traffic. This place has a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable too! Hosts were very responsive.

Amazing View

Our vacation was wonderful with plenty of room for our family of 5. The view was amazing and beach access was perfect, so nice to be right on the beach! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed (linens, bath towels, laundry, parking) I thought there was an outside shower, but there was a hose which was great for chairs and feet.

Great location

Great location directly on the beach. They had put on a new porch and steps down to the beach. They are still redoing the dunes after the 2022 hurricanes but no issues with beach access. A lovely home, well stocked with new plates, silerwear, glasses, and pots and pans which is a plus because most places we have stayed have had old scratched up none usable pots and pans. The owner was great to communicate with and we had a great stay.

Awesome Location

This house was perfect in terms of size for our party and location right on the quiet area of the beach! We had a wonderful time once we were able to overlook a few issues. The house is amazing, very comfortable and an awesome large front deck, however it is in serious need of a thorough deep clean. Visible floors, counters, sinks and baths were all clean, however, anything above eye level was covered in thick dust and dirt. One of the beds had dirty sheets. While searching for a misplaced item we had to look under a couple beds and the floor was disgusting…thick dirt, lost items and food. The worst were the roaches, I know it’s Florida but the place was infested. We killed many and found many others belly up. Fortunately we were all able to make the best of it and enjoyed our beach vacation, but I won’t be returning to this property unless I’m assured the cleanliness has been remedied.

Private House in Great Location

Our family of four stayed at this home for a week in early October while visiting relatives in Daytona and had a great experience. The home is located in Wilbur by the Sea which is just south of Daytona Beach. This is a very quiet and quant area with easy access to all of the restaurants and amenities of Daytona, but without the crowds and congestion. The home is tucked away behind a fence and vegetation which makes it very private. The home was clean with plenty of space for us and the kitchen was well equipped (we cook a lot). The entire back of the house is windows so the views of the ocean are great. There is a large deck in the back that overlooks the ocean with steps for direct access to the beach, and a convenient hose to spray off the sand when you return. There are beach chairs for you to use as well as beach toys for the kids. We spent most of our time on the deck and the beach, and were lucky enough to see two rockets launching from Kennedy Space Center right from the back deck. We highly recommend this property and will be returning on our next visit to the area.

Beautiful beach house

We stayed here the first week in September. The home is beautiful, fully stocked, and well kept up. The house is feet from the beach. Not a ride on beach which we prefer. This time of year it was very quiet, and we had the beach to ourselves most days! We would recommend snd stay agsin!

Amazing Beachfront Views

Wonderful beachfront home with spectacular ocean views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning in the comfort of the large sunroom and the direct beach access in front of the house was great. Thank you for sharing your vacation home.

Paradise

We had a great stay at this property. The pictures on Vrbo site doesn't capture how wonderful the view from the livingroom is ! The inside of the house is exactly the way pictures show. We were a little worried about beach access because of the huricane damage but we had no problem with the steps to the beach. 65 year old with bad knees and 4 year old navigated the access just fine and managed to stay off the dunes. Chad and Joyce were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Watched dolphins eveyday and saw manatee one day. Hope to get to visit again.

Vacation on the beach

Daytona is our favorite spot and this property was great. Looks like a little ole beach cottage until you get inside. Nicely furnished, plenty of room, nicely stocked and RIGHT on the beach. Owners have invested a bunch since the storm washed most people away. New deck and front sand dunes are still underway but did not detract from the beach setting. I highly recommend this place…Chad was very responsive, kept us apprised of the work being done prior to our arrival.

Toes in the Water

We needed a place to stay on the water where we could reconnect with the family. Each morning began with an award winning sunrise and crash of the surf. Coffee on the new deck. A long walk on the beach. Four bedrooms. A well equipped kitchen. We literally had NO negative experiences. We will be back. A great week for our family!

Great Place! Amazing View.

We really liked our stay at Joyce and Chad’s place. The view is breathtaking, right on the beach as indicated. Very easy to communicate with the hosts via the app. The place was clean and we had everything we needed in the house. The sunrises are just crazy beautiful. We saw dolphins right in front of the house one morning.
