Waterfront home in quiet neighbourhood

Great location. In a quiet neighbourhood within a 20 minute radius of great restaurants and shops. Enjoy a stroll or bike ride through the neighbourhood.
Only a 20 minute drive from Punta Gorda Airport and 45 minutes to SWFL International Airport. In less than an hour you can be soaking in the sun and taking a dip in the Gulf from over 5 beaches including Englewood, Manasota Key, Venice and Ft Myers.

The space
This 1200 sq ft home backs onto a wide canal just minutes to Charlotte Harbour.
The front door opens up to a living room with 2 comfy couches to relax and watch TV after a sun filled day at the beach. The dining room is prepared with enough seating for 6. The kitchen is equipped with tools and appliances for meal preparation. There is also a desk and printer that can be used to print necessary documents while staying there.
The opposite end of the home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and spacious closet as well as large flat screen TV. Room 2 also has a queen size bed and closet. Room 3 has a twin bed with a trundle and small TV. All bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
The back Florida room has 2 couches overlooking the yard and onto the canal. Sit back while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea and watch the fish jump put of the water.
While outside you can take advantage of the gas grill and eat your meal at the patio table. There is a small fenced in area in the yard pets although they should be supervised at all times. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your enjoyment.
There are also 2 adult bikes in the garage. Take a ride in this quiet neighbourhood and enjoy the scenery.

Our guests have full access to the house, garage and yard

Other things to note
There are security cameras only on the exterior of the house. This is for the protection of our investment and our guests. The cameras are viewed when the house is vacant and in an emergency.
The house also has an alarm system our guests may use during their stay. Although, it is a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
