"We arrived after 1am and unfortunately Hotels.com only allows to book based on date, meaning because it was after midnight, we technically couldn't check-in til 3pm and it was 1am. Fortunately, the front desk worked with us and found an open room and accommodated our night stay. This was during the College World Series and was a huge help to our family of 5."

"Cheerfully greeted upon our arrival. We did not use any amenities in the building, as stayed there prior to an early flight out. We did utilize the airport shuttle as we parked in the hotel lot, for a daily fee. We were provided coffee even at 3 AM, and also upon our return. Would definitely stay there again, whether going to the airport or just visiting the city."

"We purchased the breakfast and early check in and out. Our reservation said resort credits but since it didn’t say what those credits were we didn’t get the breakfast we paid for. This was very disappointing to pay extra and not get it but I feel this is expedias fault not so much the hotel’s since Expedia did not specify those credits to the hotel. Very disappointing since we splurged for a date not away from our 5 kids which rarely happens."
